The longer you warm up, the lower the failure rate.
Days 1 to 5 carried refusals, peaking at 29%. From day 6 every message arrived. That curve is what warm-up is for, and why campaign mail waits 14 days.

Our own sending across 11 campaigns, all of it on Microsoft 365 inboxes, not customer results. We have not sent a campaign on Google, so there is no Google figure here and we do not claim one. Bounce rate is what the infrastructure controls; reply rate depends on your list and copy, and it ranged from 0% to 4.1% campaign by campaign. Full numbers and method.

What is a cold email inbox?
A cold email inbox is a secondary mailbox on a domain kept separate from your company's main one, used only for outbound prospecting. Keeping outreach off the primary domain means a spam complaint or a burned sending reputation hits the throwaway domain instead of the address your customers and invoices depend on. Each inbox is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so receiving servers can verify the mail is genuinely yours.
Cold email inboxes are bought in batches because volume is spread thin across many of them. Sending three emails per day from one hundred inboxes looks like ordinary correspondence; sending three hundred from one inbox looks like a spam run, and filters treat it accordingly. The complete guide to cold email inboxes covers how many you need and what providers charge, or see the deliverability guide for what keeps them landing.
Infrastructure is where outbound campaigns quietly die.
Building your own cold email setup is a distraction from your core business. It’s slow, error-prone, and expensive to maintain.
DNS you’re guessing at
One wrong DMARC syntax or a missing SPF include means your emails land straight in the spam folder without warning.
Two weeks gone before the first send
Purchasing domains, creating users, verifying records, and waiting for propagation eats your launch timeline.
One burned domain takes the batch with it
Scaling too fast on a single master domain burns your core reputation forever. Isolation is mandatory.
A tenant shared with senders you can’t see
Microsoft’s external recipient limit is per tenant, not per mailbox. Share one and your daily ceiling, and your reputation, move with strangers’ sending.
Support that’s never run a campaign
Generic IT support doesn't understand cold email limits, bounce rates, or sequential warmup strategies.
Precision deployment, automated.
We do the first four. You write the campaign.
Tell us your volume

We connect every inbox to your sequencer and set the warmup schedule running.
You start sending
Your turn. The infrastructure is done - launch the campaign and watch replies land.
Two providers, one setup.
Microsoft for volume on a single domain. Google for senders who want the mail to come from Google, at 3 inboxes on a domain.

Microsoft is the cheaper way to buy daily volume and the reason most orders here are Microsoft. Google costs twice as much per email and is what people choose when they want the mail to come from Google, usually because the list is mostly Gmail. We have not measured a placement difference between them and do not claim one.
