Google inboxes for cold email, provisioned and authenticated.
$3 per inbox per month, up to 3 inboxes on a domain, each sized for 15 campaign emails a day. SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified rather than assumed, then handed over to you.
The same 45 a day on Microsoft is 1 domain at $30 a month. Google costs about twice as much per email of daily capacity.

Why people ask for Google.
Because they want the mail to come from Google. That is usually because the list is mostly Gmail, and a sender who has thought about where their prospects read their mail would rather the sending side matched.
We do not claim it lands better. Every figure on measured results comes from our own campaigns on Microsoft inboxes, because those are the campaigns we have run. We have not measured a placement difference between the two platforms and do not claim one. What we can tell you is exactly what the product is and what it costs.
What an order is.
A domain and up to 3 Google inboxes on it. Ten domains at 3 inboxes is 30 inboxes and 450 campaign emails a day, at $90 a month.

The domain stays yours
Bring one you own at no extra cost, or we register one for $12, charged once, in your name.

Why only three on a domain.
That limit is ours, not Google’s. Google will create a fourth account on a domain without complaint. We will not sell one, because a small number of sending accounts on a domain is what the deliverability guidance supports, and a fourth buys a little volume at the expense of the domain it sits on.
If you need more addresses, the answer is another domain. That is also why Google reaches volume differently from Microsoft: one fills a domain, the other adds them.
Against Microsoft, plainly.
Google is twice the price per email of daily capacity. If daily volume at the lowest price is what you are buying, Microsoft is the cheaper answer and most orders here are Microsoft.
| Microsoft | ||
|---|---|---|
| Price | $3 per inbox / month | $30 per domain / month |
| Inboxes on a domain | 3 | 100 |
| Campaign sends per inbox, per day | 15 | 3 |
| Campaign sends per domain, per day | 45 | 300 |
| Cost per email of daily capacity | $0.20 / month | $0.10 / month |
| Reaches volume by | adding domains | filling one domain |
On the numbers themselves: Gmail sending limits for cold email separates what Google permits from what is safe to send, and how many Google inboxes per domain sets out the reasoning behind the limit of three.
Which one suits which list, and why platform matching affects placement at all, is set out in Microsoft 365 vs Google Workspace for cold email. If you want the Microsoft side in full, the buying guide covers it.
Questions.
Can I buy Google inboxes for cold email?
Yes. Google inboxes are $3 per inbox per month, up to 3 inboxes on a domain, each sized for 15 campaign emails a day. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured and verified before handover, and the domain is yours to keep. Bring your own domain at no extra cost, or add one for $12.
How many Google inboxes can I have on one domain?
Three. That is our limit rather than Google’s: Google will create a fourth, and we choose not to sell one. A small number of sending accounts on a domain is what the deliverability guidance supports, and a fourth would buy a little volume at the expense of the domain. If you need more addresses, the answer is another domain.
How many emails a day can a Google inbox send?
We size each one for 15 campaign emails a day, plus 20 warm-up sends. A domain carrying 3 inboxes therefore carries 45 campaign emails a day. Volume comes from adding domains rather than from pushing an inbox to its ceiling.
Why do Google inboxes cost more per email than Microsoft?
A Microsoft domain carries 100 inboxes and 300 sends a day for $30. A Google domain carries 3 inboxes and 45 sends a day for $9. That is $0.20 per email of daily capacity against Microsoft’s $0.10. Volume on Google comes from more domains rather than more inboxes, and each domain is its own registration and its own warm-up.
Should I choose Google or Microsoft inboxes?
Microsoft if you want daily volume at the lowest price. Google if you want the mail to come from Google, which is what people ask for when their list is mostly Gmail. We have not measured a placement difference between the two and do not claim one.
Is this Google Workspace?
The mailboxes are Google mailboxes on your own domain, sending through Google. What you receive is a working authenticated inbox and its sign-in details, not an administrator seat in a Workspace tenant of your own.
How long before the Google inboxes are usable?
24 to 48 hours from order, depending on volume and how quickly DNS is settled. That window covers creating the mailboxes, configuring authentication, and verifying every record resolves before handover. Warm-up starts after that and is yours to run.
Who runs the warm-up?
You do, in your own sequencer, exactly as on the Microsoft side. A Google inbox is sized for about 20 warm-up sends a day before campaign volume starts. We do not hand over pre-warmed mailboxes; what arrives is a new, correctly authenticated inbox.
Price a deployment.
Set a target volume, pick Google, and the configurator sizes the domains and inboxes and totals it. It prices the Microsoft equivalent beside it, so you can see the difference before you order rather than after.
