COMPARISON
Inboxkit alternative: Microsoft 365 tenants at the same $30, one domain each
Inboxkit sells Google, Microsoft and what it calls Azure mailboxes, with a long menu of add-ons. Its Azure option is priced exactly like our Microsoft product, $30 a month for up to 100 mailboxes, which makes this the closest price match of any vendor we compare. The differences are in the details around it.
Disclosure: we are coldemailinboxes.io, one of the two vendors compared. Every figure for Inboxkit is from their own public pages, linked at the bottom.

The headline price, read carefully
Inboxkit’s headline is $2.50 a mailbox with no plans or minimums. That is the annual rate; on monthly billing their FAQ gives $3.00. A hundred Google or Microsoft mailboxes is therefore $300 a month, or $250 a month paid yearly, before domains. Our Google inboxes are $3 a month too, at up to 3 on a domain. Our Microsoft inboxes are $30 for 100.
Azure at $30 against Microsoft 365 at $30
Inboxkit’s Azure product is $30 per tenant per month, each holding up to 100 mailboxes. An "Azure tenant" sold for cold email is, underneath, a Microsoft 365 tenant, as where to buy Azure tenants explains, so this is the same thing we sell at the same price. Where they differ is what is published about it. We state one tenant per domain, never shared, each inbox sized at 3 sends a day, SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified before handover. Inboxkit’s pages do not state a per-inbox rate or whether a tenant holds one domain or several; their own learn pages disagree on whether the 100 cap is per tenant or per domain. Those are the questions to ask.
They matter because Microsoft limits external recipients per tenant, not per mailbox. On our own tenants of 100 unlicensed mailboxes we measured that ceiling at around 950 to 1,000 recipients a day, which is why each of our domains is sized at 300. If several domains share one tenant, they share that ceiling. The Microsoft 365 tenant sending limit has the measurements.
Warmup, pre-warmed and monitoring
Inboxkit sells a built-in isolated warmup at $3 a mailbox a month, pre-warmed Google and Microsoft mailboxes at $6 to $9 depending on age, pre-warmed Azure tenants at $30 to $50, and blacklist and DNS monitoring every six hours. We sell none of that. We switch warmup on in your sequencer at handover and you maintain it. If you want all of it on one bill, Inboxkit is built for that.
Where Inboxkit is the better choice
- You want Google mailboxes without a 3-per-domain cap.
- You want pre-warmed mailboxes or tenants, or a paid isolated warmup.
- You export to many sequencers: they publish one-click export to 24 or more.
- You want monitoring and no minimum order.
- You want domains at the lowest annual price.
Where we are
The same $30 for 100 Microsoft inboxes, with the parts that decide deliverability written down: one tenant per domain, 3 sends per inbox per day, authentication verified before handover. Broken batches reported within 14 days are fixed or refunded.
What we can show for our own sending: across 11 campaigns on these Microsoft 365 inboxes, 26,698 leads contacted produced a 1.73% bounce rate. Reply rate was 1.9% and ranged from 0% to 4.1% campaign by campaign, because replies depend on the list and the copy, which we do not supply. These are our results, not customer results, and none of it was sent on Google. The full numbers and method are published.
Inboxkit alternative: FAQs
Is Inboxkit $2.50 or $3.00 a mailbox?
Both, by billing period: $3.00 a month on monthly billing, $2.50 on annual, and 10% off on quarterly, by their own pricing FAQ. Google and Microsoft are the same price.
How does Inboxkit Azure compare with your Microsoft inboxes?
Same price: $30 a month for up to 100 mailboxes. We publish one Microsoft 365 tenant per domain and 3 sends per inbox per day; Inboxkit does not publish either for Azure, so ask before buying.
Does Inboxkit include warmup?
As a paid add-on: an isolated 14-day warmup at $3 a mailbox a month, and pre-warmed mailboxes from $6. We switch warmup on in your sequencer at handover at no charge and you maintain it.
What is Inboxkit’s refund policy?
Fees are generally non-refundable, with no pro-rata refunds and no refund for cancelling a quarterly or yearly plan early; discretionary refunds are possible for outages over 72 hours. Ours: a broken batch reported within 14 days is fixed or refunded.
